Requirements to open a new wholesale account (as of 9/15/21)

1.  Complete the wholesale application below with all required governmental documentation.

2.  Initial order of $250.00 (before shipping) for brick-n-mortar stores or case breakers with a physical commercial location.  After the initial $250.00 opening order, a $100 minimum per order will apply.

3.  Initial order of $500.00 (before shipping) for all non commercial locations.  After the initial $500.00 opening order, a $250 minimum per order will apply.
